We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer (2–10 years of experience) to join our growing team and support site civil and land development projects. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of engineering design tasks and contribute directly to high-quality plan production. The ideal candidate is proficient in Civil 3D, understands the fundamentals of civil engineering design, and can work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Location: 100% Remote, working hours are based on the US Central Time Zone.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare site civil and land development engineering designs, including grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, and roadway layouts.
• Develop and produce construction documents, drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Support project managers and senior engineers with technical design and coordination.
• Perform calculations, quantity take-offs, and design analyses.
• Coordinate with internal team members and external stakeholders (surveyors, architects, subconsultants, and reviewing agencies).
• Contribute to efficient, accurate, and timely plan production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (required).
• 2–10 years of relevant site civil/land development engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D (required).
• Solid understanding of civil engineering fundamentals, grading, and drainage design.
• Experience with plan production for site development projects.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• EIT or PE license is a plus but not required.
