We are seeking highly skilled Offshore Process Engineers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in process engineering, automation, and business intelligence, with a proven track record of optimizing operations and driving data-driven decision-making. These roles will involve designing, implementing, and improving processes, leveraging automation technologies, and utilizing business intelligence tools to enhance operational efficiency and performance.

Location: 100% REMOTE. Working hours are based between US Central or Eastern Time Zone.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Engineering:
    • Design, analyze, and optimize industrial processes to improve efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, high-level process maps, and system level process and data diagrams.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process designs align with operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Automation:
    • Prototype and maintain automation workflow systems, with experience in Salesforce, Appian, Pega, or Camunda. 
    • Knowledgeable with CMMN, BPM and DMN to design, automate, and manage workflows across systems, devices and people.
    • Design and deploy automated workflows to enhance process control, reduce manual intervention, and improve system reliability.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
    • Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Business Intelligence:
    • Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to provide actionable insights.
    • Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and metrics that align with business objectives.
    • Integrate BI solutions with existing systems to enable real-time data visualization and decision-making.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and support projects related to process optimization, automation upgrades, and BI implementation.
    • Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in commercial banking or related industries.
    • Hands-on experience with automation systems (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
    • Proven expertise in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and data analysis techniques.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of automation protocols and systems integration.
    • Experience with data visualization, SQL, and database management.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in remote or distributed teams.
    • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced offshore environments.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in automation (e.g., ISA-88, ISA-95) or business intelligence (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are highly desirable.
