Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UiPath BOT support across L1 (monitoring, communication), L2 (config/small code fixes), and L3 (code-level change request).
• Manage incidents, requests, and problems via Snow and Jira.
• Act as the primary contact for client communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure clear, effective communication across technical and business teams.
• Guide support transitions, effort estimation, and RCA for recurring issues.
• Mentor support engineers and ensure SLA adherence.
• Track KPIs and drive automation of support tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years in RPA, 5+ years in UiPath support/development.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, Studio, REFramework.
• Experience with SNOW, JIRA, ITIL processes.
• Excellent communication, client handling, and leadership skills.
• Certifications in UiPath, ITIL, or PMP (preferred).
