Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing and managing our digital marketing strategies with a particular focus on Paid Media, SEO, Content Creation, Landing Page Design, and Data Analysis. Your primary goal will be to attract qualified leads through targeted efforts while also optimizing other marketing channels.
Key Responsabilities:
- Paid Media Management: Strategize, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms, with a specific focus on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, ensuring ROI and lead generation goals are met.
- SEO Strategy: Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and drive quality leads, optimizing on-page and technical SEO factors.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with content teams to craft blog posts, captions, and other engaging content that supports lead generation efforts and improves conversion rates.
- Landing Page Design: Design and optimize landing pages aimed at capturing leads, ensuring a seamless user experience and effective conversion paths.
- Data Analysis: Track, measure, and report on the performance of digital campaigns and SEO initiatives. Use insights to make data-driven decisions and improve strategies.
- Lead Generation Focus: Prioritize campaigns and strategies that focus on lead acquisition rather than just traffic generation, ensuring high-quality prospects for the marketing and sales teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media and SEO.
- Experience working with B2B clients, understanding their unique needs and developing marketing strategies tailored to B2B lead generation.
- Proven track record in managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
- Experience with designing and optimizing landing pages (UTM) for lead capture.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems

Job Description:
This position is responsible for providing computer/network support to office staff. The candidate recommend best practices to streamline support issues. The person would occasionally work remotely during non-office hours to troubleshoot client infrastructure issues.
Key Responsabilities:
It's primarily an IT helpdesk kind of a role with few instances of server and network administration along with SharePoint and Power Platform.
- IT Helpdesk
- Investigate, diagnose, and solve all computer hardware, software, and network faults in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve all Helpdesk tickets within the stipulated time
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Assign and install appropriate hardware / peripherals / licens
- Set up and configure new computers
- Preventive maintenance of devices (laptops, MacBooks, etc.) including but not limited to OS updates, BIOS updates, antivirus updates, firmware updates, disk clean-ups, defragmentation
- User Administration, Monitoring, and Equipment provisioning
- Create users and give appropriate rights independently
- Install and update Windows/Linux/MacOS software on client machines
- Install and configure web/db servers like but not limited to IIS, Apache, Nginx, MySQL MSSQL
- Configure/troubleshoot VPN connections on client machines
- Setup and configure Docker containers
- Monitor the status of internal servers and services using tools and consoles
- Monitor backups regularly and alert relevant team members when automatic backups fail
- Keep the assets and inventory updated. Assign license as needed by the user
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- +3 years of experience in System Administration/IT Support
- Experience in software, hardware and network troubleshooting
- Experience in Windows, Windows Server, Mac OS
- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as IIS, MSSQL, MySQL, Bind, Apache,
MySQL, Nginx, etc. - Basic understanding of cloud hosting: AWS, Azure, GCP
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Knowledge of FPS, ACLs
- Knowledge of WDS, Hyper-V
- Knowledge of SharePoint would be an added advantage
Nice-to-Haves:
