We seek a skilled and creative UI/UX Software Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces and user experiences for our web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to bring our vision to life.

Location: ON-SITE. Working hours are based on the Paraguay Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development:
  • Translate user requirements and business goals into clear, user-friendly
    designs and functional interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain reusable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design
    concepts.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure consistency in branding and user
    experience.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for
    improvement.
  • Implementing UI/UX designs, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and
    responsiveness.
  • Maintain and improve existing web applications and user interfaces.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand project
    requirements and timelines.
  • Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design best practices.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with backend languages (e.g., Node, Python, Java).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
