Following the training, participants will go through a selection process, and will have the chance to work directly with U.S. companies from the healthcare industry.

Location: On-site on Abstra offices at Asuncion, Paraguay.

Program Structure:

  • Paid Training Phase: hands-on training to prepare you for client-facing or operational roles in the healthcare industry.
  • Direct Work Opportunities: Successful candidates will secure positions with our U.S.-based clients, gaining valuable international work experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High level of fluency required to communicate effectively with U.S. clients and teams.
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in Customer Service, Back Office, Data Entry, Translation, or Interpretation roles.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Candidates with prior experience working with U.S.-based clients will be highly regarded.
