We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance to join our team. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products or services, leading the QA team, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Location: ON-SITE. Working hours are based on the Paraguay Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA professionals.
- Set clear expectations, provide guidance, and ensure team members are
performing effectively. - Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Quality Assurance Strategy and Implementation:
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans, processes, and
procedures. - Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development,
engineering, operations) to integrate quality into the product lifecycle.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
- Experience with various testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
