We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team specializing in disrupting the Construction Tech sector. As the Full Stack Developer, you will share responsibility for input into all aspects of our organization’s technology infrastructure and development goal state. This senior role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively lead a team.

Location: 100% remote. Working hours based on US Central Time Zone.

Responsibilities:

• Bring the experience of a Senior Developer to assist the Lead Developer in eliminating productivity bottlenecks and blockages to maintain a high-rate of throughput to ensure Project Schedules are met
• Assist in the development and implement technology strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals and objectives
• Serve as the “go-to” back-up resource for the Lead Developer
• Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all IT systems and data
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, software applications, and hardware solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements in business processes
• Consult on the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud computing platforms
• Consult on and help enforce IT policies and procedures in compliance with industry best practices and NIST standards
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity in the event of a system failure or data breach
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in a senior-level developer role
• Proven experience with cross-platform development specific to NextJS, restAPI, MongoDB and Mongoose
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud computing platforms
• Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and execution
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all
  levels
