We are seeking a talented Senior Architect with a minimum of +10 years of experience in architectural design and construction documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and detailing capabilities.

Location: 100% remote. Working hours are based on the US Central Time Zone.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop architectural designs, creating detailed and precise construction documents using Revit, with a specific focus on the Construction Documents (CD) phase, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
  • Act as a Project Architect, coordinating and managing the design process independently. Demonstrate high autonomy in project advancement, providing consistent progress updates as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and clients, to integrate design requirements, client expectations, and project goals.
  • Present project progress and updates regularly to stakeholders, showcasing the ability to work autonomously and independently to drive project milestones.
  • Support the preparation of design presentations and client proposals, effectively communicating architectural concepts and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 10+ years of experience in architectural design and documentation, with a strong focus on Project Architect roles and responsibilities.
  • Extensive experience with Revit, particularly in creating and managing Construction Documents, including 3D modeling, family creation, and advanced documentation.
  • Proficiency with additional design tools, including Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Enscape, and Twinmotion is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience working with U.S. projects and a solid understanding of U.S. building regulations, codes, and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work independently and exhibit high autonomy in managing and delivering project tasks.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
