Job Description:

This individual will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining a customer-facing portal using Salesforce Experience Cloud, with an emphasis on front end development and seamless data integrations.

Key Responsabilities:

• Develop and customize the Salesforce Experience Cloud portal, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly interface.
• Utilize Apex, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to enhance and maintain the portal’s functionality.
• Integrate external data sources into the Salesforce environment to provide users with real-time, accurate information.
• Implement and connect knowledge base solutions and other support systems to the customer portal.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver features that align with business requirements.
• Maintain best practices in Salesforce development, ensuring scalability and future proofing solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Salesforce Cloud development.
• Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data models and external data integrations.
• Experience implementing customer portals with knowledge bases and self-service capabilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Trailhead or similar training resources is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Salesforce certifications, particularly related to Experience Cloud or Application Development.
• Familiarity with payment processing or fintech-related projects.
• Experience in lead-opportunity pipeline customization.
