Job Description:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for executing outbound outreach efforts to prospective clients through a combination of calls and emails. This is a high-impact role that will contribute directly to the growth of the sales pipeline and overall revenue goals.

Key Responsabilities:

  • Generate leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling, emails, and professional networking platforms, and leverage leads from the database.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their fit based on predefined criteria.
  • Engage with prospects to communicate value propositions, address queries, and build strong professional relationships.
  • Schedule meetings between prospects and senior sales team members, ensuring seamless handoff and
    alignment.
  • Maintain and update detailed records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales/CEO to refine outreach strategies tailored to target industries.
  • Continuously improve outreach approaches based on feedback, performance data, and market trends.

Technical Qualifications:

  • Experience in identifying and qualifying leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or prospecting within the technology, SaaS, or life sciences industries, with a focus on selling complex products or services like software solutions or pharmaceutical products.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, cold-calling techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools for managing leads and tracking communication.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, ensuring clarity and engagement during prospect interactions.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain trust with diverse prospects.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Over 5 years of relevant work experience in pharma or IT/software sales.
  • A background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
