We’re looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. Your primary goal will be to schedule meetings with prospective clients, introducing them to our innovative solutions. This is a quota driven role, with a target of 10 meetings booked per week.
Location: 100% emote. Working hours are based on US Central Time Zone.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, including IT Directors, Procurement Managers, and other decision-makers at mid-sized to enterprise-level companies (1,500–5,000 employees).
- Qualify leads to ensure a good fit with Synetic’s offerings and build a strong pipeline for Account Executives.
- Clearly communicate Synetic’s value propositions, including IT Asset Disposition, remote employee device management, and Shelf as a Service.
- Use HubSpot to log activities, track progress, and provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoffs for scheduled meetings.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly quota of 10 booked meetings.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Exceptional communication skills—confident, engaging, and able to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving goals.
- Experience with HubSpot and familiarity with sales enablement tools is a plus.
