Job Description:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for executing outbound outreach efforts to prospective clients through a combination of calls and emails. This is a high-impact role that will contribute directly to the growth the sales pipeline and overall revenue goals.
Key Responsabilities:
- Outbound Prospecting: Make 50 calls and send 50 emails per day to engage with prospects in key industries such as healthcare, financial services, technology, and education.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding their needs and aligning them with Synetic’s ITAD and decommissioning solutions.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team by successfully engaging decision-makers.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of all interactions in HubSpot CRM, ensuring the sales pipeline is up to date with accurate lead data and follow-up actions.
- Follow-Up: Effectively manage follow-ups with prospects who show interest, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in an SDR or telemarketing role, ideally in technology, IT services, or a related field.
- Strong Communication Skills: Confident and articulate on the phone, with excellent written communication skills for engaging emails.
- Persistence & Resilience: Comfortable making a high volume of calls and emails daily, with a drive to meet targets and overcome objections.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and sales enablement tools.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) or data center services industry.
- Understanding of lead qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC).
