We are seeking dedicated Engagement Coordinators that ensures patient information is complete and accurate, to enhance the efficiency of our patient interactions and communication processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
Location: Remote. Working Hours are based on the US Central Time Zone.

Responsibilities:
- Message Inbox Management (via Klara):
- Oversee the incoming message inbox.
- Assign messages to the appropriate departments.
- Respond to messages virtually or via phone calls.
- Schedule or cancel patient appointments as needed.
- Gather information and create accurate medical records for patients.
- Management of External Medical Referrals:
- Create and update referral documentation in patient medical records.
- Contact patients to schedule appointments with the relevant provider.
- Management of Internal Medical Referrals:
- Coordinate internal referrals between the Clinic providers.
- Contact patients to arrange appointments with the designated provider.
- Call Center Management:
- Answer incoming calls for the Clinic promptly and professionally.
- Direct calls to the appropriate department.
- Schedule or cancel appointments as requested.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to patients and clients.
- Create and update patient medical records as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of medical record creation and management.
- + 1 year of experience in similar roles.
- Familiarity with provider specialties.
- Understanding of medical insurance types and coverage requirements.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with messaging systems like Klara and call center management tools is a plus.
