We’re building a Data & Analytics team and looking for an experienced data engineer. This is a great opportunity if you have a background in Microsoft data platforms and tools to architect and build an entirely new analytics platform. You’ll be one of the first people on the team and be an owner of your platform and tools. This is all new; we don’t have any legacy reporting and data platforms to hold us back. You’ll work directly with application owners and business users to determine solutions and then design and develop the appropriate architecture, pipelines, and data warehousing to support our growing business. We’re interested in ingesting and integrating data from sources as varied as CRM, applicant tracking and financial systems, and other cloud-based tools. We’ll also be evaluating and integrating tools to support AI through Microsoft Copilot.

Location: Remote. Working hours are based on US Pacific Time Zone.
