We are looking for a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to support the company’s strategic initiatives by converting operational reports from legacy systems (Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services, and direct-connected spreadsheets) to Power BI, ensuring the upgraded data repository serves as the single source of truth for reporting and analytics.

Job Description:
As the Business Intelligence Analyst you will participate in the conversion of legacy reports (Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services, and direct-connected spreadsheets) to Power BI, ensuring integration with the company’s Data Repository, and serve as a key resource, guiding business users on best practices in report creation and optimization using Power BI.
Key Responsabilities:
- Participating in the conversion of legacy reports to the Data Repository using pb Power BI
- Serving as a source of guidance for business users on best practices in report authoring using Power BI
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Crystal Reports, SQL Server Report Studio), Power Query M, DAX, SQL, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions and data warehousing especially Azure
- Certification in BI tools or data analytics
