We are seeking for a dynamic and responsable Account Executive to join our team! In this position, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of staffing solutions. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and client service, capable of understanding client needs, presenting suitable candidates, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the staffing process.
Location: On-site on Abstra offices at Asuncion, Paraguay.

Job Description:
As an Account Executive you will play a crucial role in managing the relationship between Abstra and our Clients. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by being a strategic point of contact between our Clients, their staffing needs and maintaining clear and effective communication with the internal Sales and HR Teams. For this role is crucial the effective management of administrative tasks, client account management and clear communication.
Key Responsabilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their main point of contact for staffing needs.
- Work effectively with management tools from Microsoft 365.
- Provide regular reports to the Sales and HR managers.
- Set appointments and interviews between Clients and Candidates when needed.
- Collaborate with Clients and Abstra internal team to understand Client staffing requirements and customize solutions accordingly.
- Regularly check in with clients and resources to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for expanding business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in a client-facing role, ideally within staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong business acumen with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Strong understanding of staffing services is a plus.
