Key Responsabilities:
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage the entire onboarding process.
- Conduct background checks on candidates.
- Oversee administrative tasks: issuing receipts, handling administrative processes for new hires.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams for purchases or tasks related to the HR department.
- Provide regular reports to the HR managers in administrative processes and/or with candidates.
- Set appointments and interviews between Candidates and Interviewers when needed.
- Follow up processes with the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and the Abstra Team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields involving people management (students or graduates are welcome to apply).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or with related tasks, but not necessarily all of them.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations (or willingness to proactively research and learn if lacking experience).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong proficiency in technology is preferred.
- Proven experience in related roles.
- Ideally, experience in sourcing candidates for technology, support, and various other positions.
- Ability to manage a candidate pipeline effectively.
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates.
Required Soft Skills:
- Ability to handle confidentiality and sensitive information.
- Sense of urgency.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to reprioritize tasks.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Description:
The Senior Sales Executives will collaborate closely with our CEO, Managing Partners, and other sales executives to execute Abstra’s Sales Plan and strategic initiatives. Key Responsabilities:
- Client Acquisition and Management:
- Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Strategic Account Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to meet changing client needs.
- Sales Process Management:
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and performance metrics.
- Collaboration:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA or relevant Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the technology, staffing, or consulting industry.
- Previous experience selling nearshore IT Professional Services (with services delivered from Latin America being a big plus).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Results-oriented professional with a large network of decision-makers in the technology development space and a strong network of prospective clients in the IT industry and related verticals, such as fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, and SaaS.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software like HubSpot and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io.

Job Description:
As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will be working in a high-energy cross-functional Scrum team responsible for making sure the client interface of our web applications works properly and smoothly. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are responsive, robust and easy to maintain using best user interface development practices in the industry today coordinating with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.
Key Responsabilities:
- Create responsive websites per design guidelines and information architecture optimizing application and integrating with application business layer for maximum performance and scalability
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders including UX designers and full stack engineers to deliver the business vision with a delightful user experience adhering to UI architectural standards and best practices
- Establish and enforce best practices and standards for front-end development including performance, accessibility and cross-browser compatibility Build reusable code and UI pattern libraries for use across multiple applications
- Lead or assist in technical initiatives related to UI development
- Actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies and activities including pair programming, peer code review, testing, estimation, and planning with a constant focus on continuous improvement
- Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by The Company to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to The Company or our clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills are essential for this role, fluency and clarity in English communication are crucial for the position.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related experience is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working as a Front-End Engineer, developing solutions from scratch for large-scale projects or companies.
- Proficient understanding of web technologies and client-side scripting, HTML DOM, and underlying event models, (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
- Experience with at least one modern JavaScript-based front-end framework (ReactJS, KnockoutJS, Angular, Bootstrap) with a high preference for ReactJS.
- Knowledge of .NET and C# on the Microsoft technology stack (this position doesn't involve backend development, but once in a while, there are related tasks that require an understanding of how these technologies or the backend side logic work within the client's project and environment).
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, dynamic partial page updates, and approaches to optimize web performance
- Experience working with Services Oriented Architecture, Web services, API Integration, Restful Services, and microservices.
- Good understanding of the WCAG accessibility guidelines and experience resolving common web accessibility issues (It doesn't necessarily have to be recent experience, but having experience is mandatory).
- Proficient understanding of UI unit testing requirements including cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Experience with code linters such as ESLint (It doesn't necessarily have to be recent experience, but having experience is mandatory).
- Experience writing clean and maintainable code using engineering best practices (unit testing, continuous integration and deployment, automation, design patterns, refactoring, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience developing a reusable UI/UX Component library.
- Experience with NodeJS, and npm scripting.
- Basic knowledge of .NET and C# on the Microsoft technology stack.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented design principles (patterns, cohesion/coupling, S.O.L.I.D.).
- Working experience with SQL, Sybase, Nginx, and Redis.
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
- Experience with Containerization, Docker & Kubernetes.
